Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

The Job Readiness Program helps train, coach, and empowers our community in need, to gain employment.

Workshops

Practical, hands-on workshops that equip job seekers with the skills, confidence, and support needed to secure and sustain fulfilling employment.

Resume Consultations

Meet with experienced hiring managers for a personalized resume review. We'll identify opportunities for improvement and, when needed, transform your resume into a polished document that showcases your strengths.

Mock Interviews

Practice your interview skills in a mock interview tailored to your target role. Our experienced hiring managers provide personalized feedback and practical coaching to help you stand out.

Career Coaching

Partner with a career professional who will provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and encouragement throughout your job search.

To be eligible for the coaching program, you’ll first attend 2 workshops, complete a Resume Consultation, and participate in a Mock Interview. These steps help ensure you're prepared to make the most of your coaching experience.

Big ideas, real impact.

At Local Good Center, we believe relationships matter. We advocate for participants by helping create connections with hiring managers, providing referrals when appropriate, and opening doors to meaningful networking opportunities. No one should have to navigate their career journey alone.
